Airy, soft and very tasty golden–colored bakery products are American pancakes

Section 1. Ingredients
• Milk – 500 ml
• Large eggs – 3 pieces
• Sugar – 2 tablespoons
• Salt – ¼ teaspoon
• Soda – ¼ teaspoon
• Flour – 1.5 cups (200-220 g)
• Vegetable oil – 2-3 tablespoons
• Vanillin – optional
• Cooking time 20-30 minutes
Section 2. Step-by-step instructions
1.Heat the milk over low heat until warm.
2.Beat the eggs in a bowl, add sugar, salt and mix well with a whisk.
3.Add 100 ml of warmed milk to the resulting mass and mix.
4.Sift the flour and soda through a sieve to add a little vanilla for the smell. Stir with a whisk until smooth.
5.Gradually pour in the remaining milk and mix. Add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and leave the dough for 15 minutes.
6.Using a ladle, fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan.
7.Look at the edges of the pancake, if they have acquired a golden color, then you need to turn it over. Fry the second side for 30 seconds, then take out the pancake and put it on a plate.
8.If desired, you can lubricate them with butter.
