Mashed potatoes are a good dish for dietary nutrition for various diseases.

Section 1. Ingredients
• Potatoes – 400g
• Milk – 4 tablespoon
• Butter – 1.5 teaspoon
• Salt – to taste
• Cooking time 45 minutes
Section 2. Step-by-step instructions
1.Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces, put in a saucepan, add cold water and a teaspoon of salt. The water should cover all the potatoes.
2.Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and cook for 20-30 minutes. Check the readiness with a fork until the potatoes are soft. Drain the water.
3.Melt the butter in another bowl over low heat or in the microwave, add the potatoes and mash it — with a spatula or a special device.
4.When the butter is completely absorbed, slowly pour in the hot milk, stirring the mixture all the time with a wooden spatula. Try it, add salt if necessary.
