DEEP CUT (3rd Level)

A deep cut is damage not only to the skin, but also to internal tissues, blood vessels and muscle fibers, ligaments and tendons.

With a deep cut:

• It is important to stop the blood quickly, for which the wound is clamped with a clean bandage and pressed.

• Immediately seek help, call an ambulance or, in case of a successful stop of bleeding, drive to a medical facility where a specialist will conduct an examination, treat the wound and perform sutures.

• If a limb is damaged, you need to lift its top.
