CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP (2st Level)

Chicken noodle soup is a very satisfying and delicious soup.



Section 1. Ingredients


• Egg noodles – 100g

• Onion – 1 piece

• Carrots – 1 piece

• Chicken – 1-2 pieces

• Bay leaf – 3 pieces

• Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

• Black pepper peas – to taste

• Parsley – optional

• Green onions – optional

• Egg – optional

• Cooking time 1.5 – 2 hours


Section 2. Step-by-step instructions


1.Wash half of the chicken, cut it into two parts and put it in a deep saucepan.

2.Pour two liters of cold water into a saucepan with chicken and cook over low heat for 1.5 hours.

3.An hour before cooking, add salt, bay leaf and pepper.

4.While the broth is cooking, finely chop onions, grate carrots on a coarse grater and fry with vegetable oil over medium heat.

5.Remove the finished chicken from the pan and divide into pieces.

6.Add fried onions and carrots to the broth.

7.Then add the noodles and cook for another 5 minutes.

8.Already in a plate of ready-made soup, if desired, you can add herbs and boiled egg.
